Letters of Intent to Apply for POWER Funding Due May 22
Are you planning to apply for economic development funding through our POWER Initiative for coal communities? ⚡ Letters of intent (LOI) are due May 22 at 5:00 p.m. ET! Submitting an LOI is required before applying for POWER funding.

Curious about how POWER is expanding economic opportunities in coal communities? Read the story of West Virginia University’s ARC-supported Cyber-Resilience Resource Center, which is improving business resilience and workforce development across the Mountain State. ⛰️
Rockcastle County, Kentucky, celebrated the completion of a $4.6M water treatment facility this month. The carbon basin filter facility will remove algae from residents’ and businesses’ drinking water. ARC contributed $915K to the project. 🚰
