Case Manager I (Social Worker)
NACOLG is seeking a Case Manager for our Medicaid Waiver Dept.
Duties: A Case Manager assesses needs and determines the eligibility of prospective clients for waiver services through home visits. The Case Manager develops care plans, coordinates and monitors services, maintains case files, records, and billing.
Minimum Qualifications:
*Registered Nurse in AL or bachelor’s degree in social work or related field from an accredited university.
*Professional work experience preferred. Previous work experience with Medicaid Waiver program preferred or any combination of education, training and experience that is commensurate with the requirements of the job.
*Drug screen, background checks, MVR.
Starting Salary : $43,867.20. This is a full-time job with excellent benefits including paid employee insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, State of Alabama retirement and opportunity for advancement.

Clinical Coordinator RN
NACOLG is seeking a Clinical Coordinator RN for our Medicaid Waiver Dept.
Part-time (less than 30 hours per week) remote job. In-house required during training.
Duties: A Clinical Coordinator RN manages and coordinates the medical aspects of all clinical cases in the Long-term Services Support care system; Conducts clinical reviews of client medical records; Performs thorough review of client medications.
Minimum Qualifications: Possess a Registered Nurse certification from an accredited nursing program and hold a current, active Alabama license. Two (2) years of professional nursing experience is preferred; Previous professional work experience with the Medicaid Waiver Program is preferred; or any combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the above listed knowledge, skills and abilities commensurate with the requirements of this job may be considered.
Salary Range: $26.45-$40.77
